Dan is de rol van huurincasso medewerker echt iets voor jou! Wat wordt er van jou verwacht? Als huurincasso medewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor huurders met betalingsproblemen. Je combineert administratief werk met mensgericht contact en zorgt dat huurachterstanden niet uit de hand lopen. Jouw taken bestaan uit: - Proactief benaderen van huurders bij achterstanden - Voeren van gesprekken (telefonisch en persoonlijk) over betalingsregelingen - Registreren en opvolgen van betaalafspraken - Verzenden van herinneringen, aanmaningen en dossieropbouw - Overleggen met incassobureaus en juridische partners - Nauwkeurig bijhouden van de administratie van huurbetalingen Je werkt in een hecht team en zorgt samen met collega's voor een goed lopend incassoproces, waarin ook oog is voor de situatie van de huurder. Verwachtingen Je bent sociaal vaardig, administratief sterk en weet hoe je moet communiceren in lastige situaties. Je zoekt naar oplossingen, maar durft ook duidelijk te zijn. Verder: - Heb je ervaring in huurincasso, debiteurenbeheer of een klantgerichte rol - Ben je nauwkeurig en handig met administratieve systemen - Kun je goed luisteren én helder uitleggen wat nodig is - Werk je gestructureerd en behoud je overzicht, ook bij drukte - Ben je zelfstandig, maar werk je ook graag samen in een team - Ervaring met juridische trajecten of de corporatiesector is een pré, maar geen eis Of je nu uit de financiële dienstverlening komt, een rol binnen sociaal beheer hebt gehad, of ervaring hebt met bewonerscontact: jouw mensenkennis én nauwkeurigheid maken jou waardevol in deze functie.
