Heb je een achtergrond binnen HVAC en wil je jouw technische kennis graag inzetten in een bediendefunctie? Voor een technische speler in Centraal West-Vlaanderen zoeken we een technisch profiel dat de stap wil maken naar een meer coördinerende, ondersteunende of administratief-technische rol.

Wat ga je doen? Je vormt een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, techniekers, leveranciers en interne collega's. Dankzij jouw technische achtergrond begrijp je wat er op de werkvloer gebeurt en kan je vragen, dossiers en projecten correct opvolgen.

Afhankelijk van jouw ervaring en interesses kan je takenpakket bestaan uit:

  • Technisch ondersteunen van klanten en collega's.
  • Voorbereiden en opvolgen van HVAC-projecten en interventies.
  • Opmaken en verwerken van offertes, bestellingen en technische dossiers.
  • Plannen en coördineren van techniekers of onderaannemers.
  • Bestellen van materialen en opvolgen van leveringen.
  • Interpreteren van technische plannen, schema's en lastenboeken.
  • Opvolgen van uitgevoerde werken en administratieve verwerking.
  • Meedenken over technische oplossingen bij vragen of problemen.
  • Onderhouden van contact met klanten, leveranciers en interne afdelingen.

Het is dus geen puur administratieve functie: jouw technische kennis van HVAC blijft een belangrijk onderdeel van je job.

We zoeken iemand die ervaring of een opleiding heeft binnen HVAC en die graag zijn of haar technische kennis combineert met organisatie, communicatie en opvolging.

Je herkent jezelf in volgende punten:

  • Je hebt een achtergrond in HVAC, koeltechniek, sanitair, verwarming, ventilatie of elektromechanica.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur al praktische ervaring opgedaan binnen de sector.
  • Je wil graag evolueren naar een bediendefunctie of hebt hier al ervaring in.
  • Je bent technisch sterk en kan problemen snel begrijpen en analyseren.
  • Je werkt georganiseerd en houdt verschillende dossiers tegelijk onder controle.
  • Je communiceert vlot met klanten, techniekers en leveranciers.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid.
