Functie

Voor een grote speler binnen facility management is Vivaldis op zoek naar een HVAC Technieker met zeer sterke elektrische kennis. In deze functie ligt de nadruk voor ongeveer 90% op elektrische interventies binnen technisch kritische omgevingen.

Je wordt voornamelijk ingezet in Mechelen, met bijkomende opdrachten in Antwerpen en sporadisch in West-Vlaanderen en Wallonië. Het gaat om interventies op technische installaties binnen gespecialiseerde sites waar continuïteit cruciaal is.

Jouw taken:

  • Uitvoeren van preventief en curatief onderhoud, met focus op elektrische installaties
  • Analyseren en oplossen van storingen in verdeelborden, stuurkasten en regeltechnieken
  • Controleren en aanpassen van elektrische schema’s
  • Interventies op HVAC-installaties en ondersteunende technische systemen
  • Nazicht en onderhoud van elektrische motoren (kennis van motoren is een plus)
  • Rapporteren van uitgevoerde werken en registreren van interventies
  • Actief meedenken over optimalisaties en technische verbeteringen
  • Je maakt deel uit van een gespecialiseerd technisch team waar veiligheid, betrouwbaarheid en kwaliteit centraal staan. Er is ruimte om je verder te verdiepen in elektrische technieken en door te groeien binnen complexe technische omgevingen.

Je neemt deel aan een wachtsysteem van ongeveer 5 weken per jaar (van maandag tot maandag), waarbij je beschikbaar bent voor dringende interventies.

Profiel

Vivaldis zoekt een technisch sterke en gemotiveerde professional met een uitgesproken interesse in elektriciteit.

  • Diploma secundair onderwijs in elektriciteit, elektromechanica, HVAC of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Eerste relevante ervaring van minimum 3jaar in een elektrische en/of HVAC-functie
  • Zeer goede kennis van elektriciteit (laagspanning, stuur- en regeltechniek)
  • Kennis van motoren is een sterke troef
  • In het bezit van een VCA-attest of bereid dit te behalen
  • Rijbewijs B
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en nauwkeurig, maar functioneert ook goed in teamverband.
  • Je bent bereid om deel te nemen aan het wachtsysteem (maximaal 5 weken per jaar).
  • Sporadische verplaatsingen naar andere regio’s vormen voor jou geen probleem, zonder dat je dagelijks lange uren onderweg bent.
