Ben jij een allround specialist in HVAC-systemen? Krijg je energie van de vrijheid om zelfstandig te werken aan complexe, multitechnische projecten? Dan ben jij de ervaren HVAC Technieker Maintenance die we zoeken!

Als ervaren HVAC Technieker Maintenance ben je een cruciale schakel in het waarborgen van een optimaal binnenklimaat bij industriële, residentiële en commerciële klanten. Je rol is breed: je zorgt voor de installatie, het preventieve onderhoud en de correctieve herstellingen van een variëteit aan klimaatbeheersingssystemen, zoals verwarming, ventliatie en airco. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de volledige regio Vlaams-Brabant.

Je werkt in daguren (8u-16u30) en vertrekt steeds van thuis met de camionette die ter beschikking wordt gesteld voor gebruik tijdens het werk.

¿Technische vereisten:

  • Je beschikt over een technisch diploma (HVAC, Elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig).
  • Kennis van regeltechniek en een brede basis in koeling/ventilatie zijn essentieel.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring als (HVAC) technieker.
  • Door je ervaring ben je breed inzetbaar in verschillende technische domeinen (verwarming, koeling, ventilatie, elektriciteit, etc.).

Competenties:

  • Je bent klantgericht, communicatief en zeer servicegericht ingesteld bij interventies.
  • Je werkt vlot zelfstandig en neemt graag initiatief.
  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk (voor technische rapportage).
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B
  • ¿Uitvoeren van de installatie en zorgen voor een correcte opstart van diverse HVAC-systemen (verwarming, koeling, ventilatie).
  • Opsporen en analyseren van complexe technische problemen op de gehele HVAC-installatie om snelle en duurzame oplossingen te bieden.
  • Het schrijven van gedetailleerde rapporten over de uitgevoerde interventies en bevindingen.
  • Klanten adviseren over het meest efficiënte gebruik van hun klimaatbeheersingssysteem.
  • Altijd strikt voldoen aan alle geldende veiligheidsnormen en -procedures.
