Voor onze klant gevestigd in Tessenderlo zijn we op zoek naar een HVAC Service Expert met specialisatie in warmtepompen.

De functie bestaat uit een combinatie van technische opvolging vanuit kantoor en werkzaamheden op projectlocaties.

Vanuit kantoor

  • Online opvolgen en analyseren van warmtepompinstallaties
  • Storingen onderzoeken en oplossen, vaak volledig vanop afstand
  • Technische interventies digitaal registreren via het planning- en ticketsysteem
  • Procedures en richtlijnen uitwerken voor foutdetectie en probleemoplossing
  • Software-updates uitvoeren, vaak vanop afstand
  • Technische rapportering voorzien voor klanten en collega-techniekers
  • Onderhoudswerkzaamheden online plannen, opvolgen en uitvoeren zodat installaties optimaal blijven functioneren en hun rendement behouden
  • Meewerken aan een optimale energetische werking en het voorkomen van storingen

Dankzij de online monitoring kan een eerste analyse vaak vanuit kantoor of thuis worden uitgevoerd.

Op projectlocatie

  • Nieuwe installaties opstarten, eventueel inclusief koeltechnische handelingen
  • Technische documentatie controleren en correct invullen
  • Klanten en installateurs informeren en adviseren over de werking en het correcte onderhoud
  • Periodiek en preventief onderhoud uitvoeren aan HVAC- en warmtepompinstallaties
  • Storingen opsporen en verhelpen, zoals bijvullen, instellingen aanpassen en standaardherstellingen uitvoeren
  • Technische, elektronische en softwarematige problemen analyseren en oplossen
  • Een sterk analytisch inzicht en een goed probleemoplossend vermogen
  • Enkele jaren ervaring als HVAC-technieker
  • Een grote dosis doorzettingsvermogen en de motivatie om problemen volledig op te lossen
  • Een goede kennis van het meten en regelen van installaties
  • Een klantgerichte houding en duidelijke communicatiestijl
  • Goede digitale vaardigheden en een vlotte omgang met pc en software
  • Een goede kennis van hydraulische opbouw
  • Een proactieve ingesteldheid en de focus op het voorkomen van problemen
  • Een koeltechnisch certificaat CAT I is een sterke troef
  • Een rijbewijs B
  • Een goede kennis van technisch Engels; kennis van Duits is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste
