We begeleiden onze klanten van A tot Z door energiezuinigheid, comfort en budget perfect op elkaar af te stemmen.

Met onze IDM warmtepompen van Oostenrijkse topkwaliteit bouwen we elke dag mee aan de toekomst van duurzaam wonen en werken.

Nieuw sinds kort: we zijn gevestigd in een gloednieuw gebouw met moderne kantoren, aangename werkplekken en een relaxed, collegiale sfeer waar focus en werkplezier hand in hand gaan.

Jouw job bij Frema-TP

Op kantoor

  • Online opvolging en analyse van warmtepompinstallaties
  • Storingen analyseren en oplossen (vaak al vanop afstand)
  • Digitaal registreren in planning- en ticketsysteem
  • Uitwerken van procedures en richtlijnen voor foutdetectie en oplossingen
  • Software-updates uitvoeren (vaak vanop afstand)
  • Rapportering naar klanten en collega-techniekers
  • Plannen, opvolgen en uitvoeren online onderhoudswerkzaamheden, zodat installaties optimaal blijven functioneren en hun rendement behouden
  • Meewerken aan optimale energetische prestaties en preventie van storingen

Dankzij online monitoring kan een eerste analyse vaak vanuit kantoor of thuis gebeuren.

Op projectlocatie

  • Opstarten van nieuwe installaties (eventueel koeltechnische handelingen)
  • Controleren en invullen van technische documentatie
  • Klanten en installateurs duidelijk uitleg geven over werking en correct onderhoud
  • Uitvoeren van periodiek en preventief onderhoud aan HVAC- en warmtepompinstallaties op locatie
  • Storingen opsporen en herstellen (bijvullen, instellingen aanpassen, standaardherstellingen)
  • Oplossen van technische, elektronische en softwarematige problemen

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Sterk analytisch inzicht en probleemoplossend vermogen
  • Enkele jaren ervaring als HVAC-technieker
  • Doorzettingsvermogen: jij stopt niet tot het probleem écht opgelost is
  • Meten en regelen van installaties? Dat is jouw ding
  • Klantgerichte en duidelijke communicatie
  • Digitale skills: werken met pc en software gaat je vlot af
  • Kennis van hydraulische opbouw is een must
  • Je denkt proactief en voorkomt liever problemen dan ze enkel op te lossen
  • Koeltechnisch certificaat CAT I is zeker en vast een pluspunt!
  • Rijbewijs B
  • Technisch Engels is nodig, Duits is een plus maar geen must
