Je komt terecht in een technisch team van ongeveer acht collega's. De sfeer is jong, direct en collegiaal. Nederlands is belangrijk binnen het team én in het contact met klanten.

Je vertrekt vanuit de regio Groot-Oostende naar klanten in de ruime regio Brugge en de Kust. Daardoor is een woonplaats in deze omgeving een belangrijke troef.

Je krijgt veel vertrouwen en verantwoordelijkheid, maar staat er nooit alleen voor. Er is altijd ruimte om technische zaken te bespreken met collega's en verantwoordelijken.

Jobomschrijving

Als servicetechnieker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het correct functioneren van warmtepomp- en koeltechnische installaties bij klanten. Je takenpakket bestaat uit:

  • Het indienststellen van warmtepomp- en koeltechnische installaties.
  • Uitvoeren van periodiek onderhoud.
  • Opsporen en analyseren van technische storingen.
  • Stellen van diagnoses en uitvoeren van herstellingen.
  • Controleren of installaties correct en efficiënt functioneren.
  • Administratief verwerken en rapporteren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden.
  • Communiceren met de klant over de uitgevoerde interventies.
  • Meedenken over technische oplossingen wanneer zich problemen voordoen.

Je start onder begeleiding van een projectleider en ervaren ploegtrekker. Naarmate je kennis en zelfstandigheid groeien, ga je steeds meer zelfstandig de baan op en leer je jouw eigen interventies organiseren. Je wordt daarnaast opgenomen in een permanentiesysteem met beurtrol.

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding en een sterke interesse in techniek.
  • Een diploma of ervaring in koeltechnieken/HVAC is een sterke troef, maar geen absolute must.
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en leert graag nieuwe technieken.
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld en vindt het interessant om storingen te zoeken en op te lossen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je interventies.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar bent tegelijk een echte teamplayer.
  • Je bent klantgericht en communiceert vlot.
  • Je spreekt goed Nederlands.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
  • Je woont bij voorkeur in Brugge, aan de Kust of in de regio Groot-Oostende.
  • Je bent bereid om bij te leren en op termijn steeds zelfstandiger te werken.
