Onze klant is een groeiend residentieel techniekenbedrijf dat al acht jaar actief is in de regio tussen Leuven en Aarschot. De onderneming specialiseert zich in technische installaties voor zowel nieuwbouw- als renovatieprojecten.

Het aanbod omvat onder andere:

  • Verwarmingsinstallaties met radiatoren en vloerverwarming
  • Vaillant-warmtepompen
  • Ventilatiesystemen type C en D
  • Panasonic-airconditioning
  • Sanitair en badkamerinstallaties
  • Onderhoud en herstellingen van technische installaties

De focus ligt voornamelijk op residentiële klanten. Dankzij de combinatie van technische vakkennis, een praktische aanpak en aandacht voor de wensen van de klant, zorgt het bedrijf voor kwalitatieve en betrouwbare oplossingen.

Je komt terecht in een team van 11 mensen: 8 medewerkers en 3 vaste onderaannemers. Samen vormen zij een hechte en professionele ploeg binnen een organisatie die volop in groei is.

Zo ziet je job er uit

Als HVAC-technieker in Aarschot voer je dagelijks uiteenlopende opdrachten uit bij residentiële klanten. Je werkt aan installaties voor verwarming, ventilatie, airconditioning en warmtepompen.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Plaatsen van warmtepompen in woningen, met focus op Vaillant-toestellen, waaronder hybride warmtepompen en monoblocksystemen
  • Installeren en afwerken van ventilatie- en aircosystemen
  • Werken met Panasonic-airconditioning
  • Uitvoeren van onderhoud aan HVAC-installaties
  • Onderhouden van verwarmingsketels; in drukke periodes staan gemiddeld ongeveer zes ketelonderhouden per dag gepland
  • Opsporen van storingen en uitvoeren van herstellingen
  • Uitvoeren van servicewerken, die vooral tijdens de winterperiode een belangrijk deel van je werk kunnen uitmaken
  • Gebruiken van Testo-meettoestellen om installaties te controleren, af te stellen en technisch op te volgen

Je zorgt ervoor dat elke installatie correct werkt en dat klanten kunnen rekenen op een kwalitatieve en professionele service.

Voor de functie van HVAC-technieker zoeken we iemand met relevante ervaring en een praktische ingesteldheid.

Je herkent jezelf in het volgende profiel:

  • Je hebt ervaring met residentiële HVAC-installaties, zoals ventilatie, airconditioning en warmtepompen
  • Je hebt ervaring met onderhoud en herstellingen aan HVAC-installaties
  • Je bent bereid om rond 7 uur ’s ochtends te starten
  • Je bent bereid om een koelcertificaat te behalen
  • Je beschikt over een geldig GI-attest
  • Je houdt van een directe en no-nonsense werkstijl
  • Je werkt graag samen in een hecht team en helpt collega’s waar nodig
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B
  • Je werkt klantgericht en hebt oog voor een correcte uitvoering van je werk
