Voor de job als onderhoudstechnieker HVAC, ga je onderstaande taken uitvoeren:

  • Je maakt deel uit van een boeiende en gevarieerde werkomgeving waarbinnen diverse technieken aan bod komen
  • Je komt terecht in een klein en hecht team waar samenwerking vanzelfsprekend is. Op die manier pik je de persoonlijke aanpak mee van , alsook de stabiliteit, mogelijkheden en opleidingen die nodig zijn
  • Als onderhoudstechnieker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van het preventief en curatief onderhoud van diverse HVAC installaties (verwarmingsinstallaties, airconditioning- en ventilatiesystemen, sanitaire installaties, inbraakcentrales, brandcentrales)
  • Je staat ook in voor interventies/depannages: dit gaat over registratie, opvolging en communicatie met de planning
  • Je houdt ook rekening met het veiligheidsaspect en de correcte communicatie bij de klant

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor de vacature als HVAC technieker, herken je jezelf in volgende zaken:

  • Je hebt een diploma technisch secundair onderwijs, bij voorkeur richting elektromechanica en/of kennis door ervaring (sanitair, verwarming, elektriciteit)
  • Je weet van aanpakken, je bent communicatief, polyvalent en je kan zowel in team als zelfstandig werken: je kan het hoofd koel houden in stressvolle situaties
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld, overuren in de week of zaterdagwerk schrikken je niet af
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en een minimum basiskennis Frans
  • Je hebt een rijbewijs B
  • Certificaten GI/GII, BA4/BA5
