Uitvoeren van preventief en curatief onderhoud aan verwarmings-, ventilatie- en klimaatinstallatiesOpsporen en oplossen van technische storingen aan HVAC-systemenVerrichten van metingen zoals temperatuur-, druk-, debiet- en rendementcontrolesVervangen en herstellen van componenten zoals ventilatoren, motoren, kleppen, sensoren en regelingenPlaatsen, opstarten en afregelen van nieuwe installatiesAnalyseren van installaties en voorstellen formuleren om prestaties en energieverbruik te verbeterenCorrect registreren van interventies en onderhoudswerken via digitale werkbonnenWerken volgens de geldende veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en milieunormenDoor de grote variatie aan gebouwen en technische installaties bouw je een brede expertise op binnen HVAC en facilitair onderhoud

Je hebt een technische opleiding gevolgd binnen HVAC, koeltechnieken, elektromechanica of een gelijkwaardige richtingJe beschikt over relevante ervaring binnen onderhoud en herstellingen van HVAC-installatiesJe bent in het bezit van G1-, G2- en een koeltechnisch certificaatJe hebt een basiskennis elektriciteitBA4- en/of BA5-attesten zijn een pluspuntJe beschikt over een VCA-attest of bent bereid dit te behalenJe werkt zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid opJe bent technisch sterk en denkt oplossingsgerichtJe hecht veel belang aan veiligheid, kwaliteit en klanttevredenheidWachtdiensten en sporadische overuren vormen voor jou geen probleemJe spreekt vlot NederlandsKennis van het Frans is een extra troefJe beschikt over een rijbewijs B
