Wij zijn op zoek naar een ervaren onderhoudstechnieker voor onze klant in de regio Herent! ???

Je takenpakket ziet eruit als volgt:

  • Installeren, onderhouden en herstellen van HVAC-installaties, waaronder verwarmings-, ventilatie- en airconditioningsystemen.
  • Uitvoeren van onderhouds- en herstellingswerken aan centrale verwarmingsinstallaties.
  • Diagnoses stellen en storingen oplossen aan zowel verwarmings- als koeltechnische installaties.
  • Installeren, onderhouden en herstellen van airconditioningsystemen, met een verhoogde focus op koeltechnieken tijdens de zomerperiode.
  • Uitvoeren van kleine sanitaire herstellingen waar nodig.
  • Verrichten van basis elektrische werkzaamheden in het kader van HVAC-installaties.
  • Werken uitvoeren bij particulieren, bedrijven en openbare instellingen.
  • Klanten informeren over het gebruik en onderhoud van hun installaties.

Profiel

Voor de functie van technieker centrale verwarming zijn we op zoek naar iemand met volgend profiel:

  • Je beschikt over de nodige attesten, zeker G1 én stookolie!
  • Bij voorkeur heb je ook een attest koeltechnieken
  • Je hebt ervaring in de sector en kan zelfstandig aan het werk.
  • Je hebt oog voor detail en werkt orderlijk en netjes.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B (je moet zelfstandig de baan op).
  • Je houdt je administratieve taken netjes bij.
  • Je bent flexibel en leergierig.
  • Je spreekt Nederlands, en daarnaast een woordje Frans en/of Engels
  • Je beschikt over een goede elektrische kennis.
