TMS Facility Technics, onderdeel van TMS Industrial Services, is gespecialiseerd in technische faciliteiten voor gebouwen en industriële omgevingen. Vanuit onze expertise in ventilatie, verwarming, koeling, airconditioning, sanitair en elektriciteit ondersteunen wij klanten met betrouwbare installaties en een uitstekende service.

Jouw uitdaging

Als Servicetechnieker HVAC ben je verantwoordelijk voor het preventief onderhoud, inspecties, storingen en kleine herstellingen aan diverse HVAC-installaties bij onze klanten.

Je werkt aan:

  • Airconditioning en warmtepompsystemen
  • Verwarmingsinstallaties en ketels
  • Luchtbehandelingsgroepen
  • Koelinstallaties en drycoolers
  • Ventilo-convectoren
  • Luchtverhitters
  • Ventilatie-installaties

Daarnaast:

  • Spoor je technische storingen op en los je deze efficiënt op.
  • Voer je onderhoudswerken uit volgens de geldende normen en voorschriften.
  • Rapporteer je uitgevoerde werkzaamheden digitaal.
  • Denk je mee met de klant en geef je advies over optimalisaties en verbeteringen.
  • Draag je actief bij aan een veilige en kwalitatieve uitvoering van alle werken.

Je werkt zelfstandig op locatie, maar kan steeds rekenen op de ondersteuning van een ervaren team van techniekers en projectverantwoordelijken.

Jouw profiel

Je bent een technieker met passie voor HVAC en een sterke verantwoordelijkheidszin.

Wij zoeken iemand met:

  • Een opleiding HVAC, koeltechnieken, elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring in onderhoud en service van HVAC-installaties.
  • Kennis van elektriciteit en regeltechniek.
  • Een klantgerichte en professionele ingesteldheid.
  • Rijbewijs B.
  • Een flexibele en zelfstandige werkhouding.

Pluspunten:

  • F-gassen categorie I.
  • G1 en/of G2 attest.
  • BA4 of BA5.
  • Ervaring met merken zoals LG, Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric of vergelijkbare systemen.
