Ben je op zoek naar een opleiding? Nieuwhuis opleidingen (standplaats Alphen a/d Rijn of Denekamp, werkgebied Midden/West Nederland of Oost/Midden Nederland) HVK - Veiligheidskundige Ben jij HVK'er en heb je genoeg van standaard RI&E's en vinklijstjes? Mooi. Dan pas je hier waarschijnlijk goed. Bij Nieuwhuis Consult werk je aan vraagstukken waar anderen afhaken. Geen simpele trajecten, maar situaties waar veiligheid en gezondheid echt onder druk staan. Denk aan industrie, gemeenten, veiligheidsregio's en de bouw. Altijd anders, nooit saai. Wij zoeken iemand die niet alleen kijkt wat er op papier staat, maar vooral wat er in de praktijk gebeurt. Wat je doet? Je werkt aan veiligheids- en gezondheidsvraagstukken bij verschillende opdrachtgevers. Dat betekent, je: - Duikt in complexe situaties en brengt risico's écht in beeld - Helpt organisaties om hun arbobeleid neer te zetten of te verbeteren - Adviseert directie en management, maar staat net zo makkelijk op de werkvloer - Zorgt dat plannen niet in een la verdwijnen, maar uitgevoerd worden - Werkt aan thema's zoals veiligheidscultuur, gedrag en leiderschap - Begeleidt trajecten rondom o.a. ISO 45001 en de veiligheidsladder - Voert RI&E's uit als het nodig is - maar dan wel goed en met impact Wij worden niet warm van een standaard kantoor-RI&E. Jij hopelijk ook niet. Wat voor werk is het? Afwisselend. De ene week zit je bij een industriële klant met complexe processen, de andere week bij een gemeente of bouwproject. Je krijgt ruimte om je werk zelf in te richten, maar er wordt ook wat van je verwacht. Je bent adviseur, maar vooral partner voor de klant. Iemand die meedenkt, tegengas geeft en helpt om echt stappen te zetten. Wat breng je mee? - Een afgeronde HVK-opleiding - Ervaring met veiligheidsvraagstukken, liefst ook de complexere - Je hebt kennis van o.a. machineveiligheid, arbeidshygiëne en fysieke belasting en duikt de diepte in als dat nodig is - Je kunt analyseren en door...
