Maak dan het verschil als medewerker klantenservice zorgverzekeringen bij Nationale-Nederlanden in Arnhem. Het najaar is hét moment waarop zorgverzekeringen kritisch worden heroverwogen. Dit zorgt voor een dynamische en uitdagende piekperiode binnen onze organisatie. Samen met een gemotiveerd team streef je naar de beste service. Het betreft een tijdelijke opdracht tot en met 12 februarii, waarbij er bij wederzijds enthousiasme een kans is op verlenging. Je bent flexibel inzetbaar voor 20 tot 36 uur per week, waarbij de exacte urenindeling zorgvuldig met jou wordt afgestemd. Jouw dag bestaat uit: - Je spreekt mensen via de telefoon die willen overstappen naar OHRA of Nationale-Nederlanden of hun huidige polis willen aanpassen. - Je beantwoord vergoedingsvragen op een juiste en volledige manier. - Je neemt twijfels weg en zorgt dat alle administratieve wijzigingen direct foutloos in het systeem staan. - Je verwijst klanten daarnaast naar de online kanalen waar ze zelf hun wijzigingen kunnen doorvoeren of waar ze deze informatie kunnen vinden. Je staat klanten te woord namens zowel OHRA Zorgverzekeringen als Nationale-Nederlanden. Een korte melding vooraf vertelt je voor welke organisatie de oproep bestemd is. Je werkplek Werk je vier of vijf dagen, dan word je twee dagen per week op kantoor in Arnhem verwacht. Werk je drie dagen of minder? Dan werk je in ieder geval één dag per week op de werkvloer.
