The posting

Als Hydraulieker voer je onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit aan productiemachines. Je ondersteunt bij storingen, voert preventief onderhoud uit en helpt mee aan duurzame technische verbeteringen. Daarbij werk je steeds volgens de geldende veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en milieuvoorschriften.

  • Uitvoeren van onderhoud, herstellingen en verbeteringen aan hydraulische, pneumatische en smeertechnische installaties.
  • Ondersteunen bij storingen aan productiemachines.
  • Lezen en interpreteren van hydraulische en pneumatische schema’s, technische tekeningen en werkorders.
  • Monteren, demonteren, testen en herstellen van hydraulische componenten zoals ventielen, cilinders en flexibels.
  • Uitvoeren van visuele controles, inspectierondes. Deelnemen aan veiligheidsonderzoeken.
  • Opstellen en invullen van risicoanalyses en testverslagen.
  • Afstemmen met onderhoudschefs, werkvoorbereiders, productieafdelingen en collega-techniekers.
  • Aansturen of begeleiden van externe techniekers tijdens interventies of preventieve onderhoudswerken.
  • Zorgen voor orde, netheid en veiligheid tijdens en na de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden.
  • Je hebt technische kennis van hydraulica en pneumatica en smering; kennis van mechaniek is een pluspunt.
  • Je kan technische plannen, werkorders, montagevoorschriften en hydraulische of pneumatische schema’s lezen en begrijpen.
  • Je werkt veilig en kan zelfstandig risico’s inschatten bij interventies aan machines en installaties.
  • Je bent praktisch en proactief ingesteld en werkt nauwkeurig volgens de afgesproken procedures.
  • Je kan zowel zelfstandig werken als vlot samenwerken met collega’s, productieafdelingen en externe partners.
  • Je hebt aandacht voor kwaliteit, duurzaamheid, orde en netheid.
  • Je kan rapporteren via pc-toepassingen
