Jij speelt een cruciale rol in het waarmaken van de droom van veel mensen: het kopen van een eigen huis. Als specialist in het accepteren van hypotheekaanvragen behandel jij de dossiers van begin tot eind, waarbij je controleert of deze voldoen aan de normen van de geldverstrekker. Je geeft finaal akkoord en denkt oplossingsgericht mee bij complexe vraagstukken, zodat je klanten snel duidelijkheid kunnen krijgen over hun hypotheekmogelijkheden. Daarnaast signaleer je knelpunten en verbeteringen in processen, en draag je voorstellen aan voor vernieuwingen. Dankzij je ervaring ben je een vraagbaak voor collega's en help je ons continu verbeteren in onze dienstverlening.
