Over deze functie - Wat ga je doen? Midoffice is als team de toegangspoort voor alle hypotheekaanvragen van klanten. Het volledige hypotheekacceptatieproces ligt in de deskundige handen van de Medewerkers Accepteren: van de fiattering van de hypotheekaanvraag tot het moment waarop de zaak bij de notaris is afgerond. Kortom, dit is een functie voor een hypothecaire alleskunner. Ontwikkelingen binnen deze branche volgen elkaar snel op. Opdracht Je beoordeelt hypotheekaanvragen, bankgaranties en overbruggingskredieten, waarbij het klantbelang integraal wordt meegewogen. Je ziet erop toe dat kredietregels en procedures volgens de geldende uniforme richtlijnen worden toegepast. Daarnaast accepteer en completeer je kredietdossiers. Je informeert intermediairs en/of adviseurs over de inhoudelijke situatie van een aanvraag en geeft waar nodig toelichting op een eventuele afwijzing. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden zijn onder andere: - Hypotheekaanvragen behandelen en het bijbehorende renteaanbod uitbrengen, zowel voor nieuwe leningen als voor omzettingen en verhogingen van bestaande leningen; - Zelfstandig complexe kredietaanvragen behandelen; - Een eerste akkoord op hypotheekstukken geven en deze uiteindelijk finaal en administratief accorderen; - Veel telefonisch en e-mailcontact onderhouden met hypotheekadviseurs en -bemiddelaars over hun hypotheekaanvragen; - Hypotheekaanvragen beoordelen conform wet- en regelgeving en het kredietbeleid van de betreffende geldgever.
