Introductie Onze opdrachtgever is op zoek naar Hypotheekacceptanten het liefst op deta-vast basis. Het is gaat om een opdracht van 12 maanden. Organisatie Midoffice is als team de toegangspoort van onze opdrachtgever voor alle hypotheekaanvragen van hun klanten. Het hele hypotheekacceptatie proces ligt in de deskundige handen van de Medewerkers Accepteren; van de fiattering van de hypotheekaanvraag tot het moment waarop de zaak bij de notaris is beklonken. Kortom, dit is een functie voor een hypothecaire alleskunner. Ontwikkelingen in deze branche volgen elkaar snel op. Wat breng je mee? Beoordelen van hypotheekaanvragen, bankgaranties en overbruggingskredieten, waarbij het klantbelang integraal wordt meegewogen. Ziet toe of kredietregels en procedures binnen de geldende uniforme richtlijnen zijn toegepast. Accepteren en complementeren van het kredietdossier. Informeren van intermediairs en of adviseurs over de inhoudelijke situatie van de aanvraag en geeft een toelichting op een eventuele afwijzing. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden zijn onder andere: - Hypotheekaanvragen behandelen en het bijbehorende renteaanbod uitbrengen voor zowel nieuwe leningen als voor omzettingen en verhogingen van bestaande leningen; - Zelfstandig complexe kredietaanvragen behandelen; - Een eerste akkoord op hypotheekstukken geven en deze uiteindelijk finaal en administratief accorderen; - Veel telefonisch en e-mail contact met hypotheekadviseurs en -bemiddelaars over hun hypotheekaanvragen; - Conform wet en regelgeving en het kredietbeleid van de betreffende geldgever de hypotheekaanvragen beoordelen.
