Dan bieden wij je een functie waarin je zelfstandig werkt, maar tegelijkertijd onderdeel bent van een betrokken team. Wat ga je doen? Als hypotheekadviseur begeleid je klanten bij belangrijke financiële keuzes rondom hun woning. Je hebt daarbij de ruimte om jouw kennis en ervaring in te zetten en klanten te voorzien van een passend en persoonlijk advies. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het voeren van adviesgesprekken met klanten - Het maken van hypotheekberekeningen en uitwerken van adviezen - Het begeleiden van hypotheekdossiers van A tot Z - Het meedenken over passende oplossingen, afgestemd op de persoonlijke situatie van de klant - Het onderhouden van contact met geldverstrekkers, makelaars en andere betrokken partijen Je werkt met een stabiele instroom van klanten en hebt korte lijnen met zowel klanten als collega's. Werken vanuit meerdere kantoren Onze organisatie bestaat uit drie kantoren in de regio Groningen , die nauw met elkaar samenwerken. Je werkt daardoor niet alleen samen met de directe collega's op jouw eigen kantoor, maar hebt ook regelmatig contact met collega's van de andere vestigingen. Die samenwerking zorgt voor korte lijnen, kennisdeling en een prettige afwisseling in je werk. Iedereen heeft zijn eigen verantwoordelijkheid, maar er is altijd ruimte om met collega's te overleggen, kennis uit te wisselen en elkaar te helpen. Daarnaast werken we nauw samen met makelaars. Hierdoor is er een stabiele instroom van aanvragen en kunnen we klanten efficiënt en persoonlijk begeleiden bij het gehele hypotheektraject. ...
