Voor een professioneel en persoonlijk financieel advieskantoor in Elsloo is Hattrick op zoek naar een ervaren Hypotheekadviseur. Je komt terecht in een betrokken organisatie met korte lijnen, waar persoonlijk advies en langdurige klantrelaties centraal staan. Wat ga je doen? Als Hypotheekadviseur begeleid je klanten bij één van de belangrijkste financiële beslissingen in hun leven. Je brengt hun persoonlijke en financiële situatie zorgvuldig in kaart en vertaalt deze naar een passend en verantwoord hypotheekadvies. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het gehele adviestraject en onderhoudt gedurende het proces nauw contact met de klant. Daarbij kijk je verder dan alleen de hypotheek van vandaag: je houdt ook rekening met toekomstige ontwikkelingen en financiële risico's. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Voeren van uitgebreide inventarisatie- en adviesgesprekken; - Analyseren van de financiële situatie, wensen en mogelijkheden van klanten; - Opstellen en toelichten van passende hypotheekadviezen; - Vergelijken van verschillende hypotheekconstructies en geldverstrekkers; - Adviseren over aanverwante financiële producten en risico's; - Begeleiden van klanten gedurende het volledige hypotheektraject; - Onderhouden van contact met geldverstrekkers, notarissen, makelaars en andere betrokken partijen; - Zorgdragen voor een compleet en zorgvuldig opgebouwd klantdossier; - Onderhouden en verder uitbouwen van langdurige klantrelaties.
