Met de juiste begeleiding helpen we je groeien naar een volwaardige buitendienstfunctie. Jouw job! Als Adviseur Buitendienst Hypotheken ben jij de vertrouwde sparringpartner voor klanten met uiteenlopende financieringsvraagstukken. Jij begeleidt hen van het eerste gesprek tot het definitieve akkoord en krijgt daarbij volop ruimte om zelfstandig te werken en écht je eigen stempel op de functie te drukken. Je beheert dossiers van A tot Z, ziet commerciële kansen en bouwt actief aan duurzame klantrelaties. Tegelijkertijd krijg je veel vrijheid in hoe je jouw werk organiseert. Je plant je eigen agenda, bepaalt grotendeels je eigen aanpak en werkt waar jij het beste tot je recht komt: vanuit één van onze vestigingen, bij klanten aan tafel of deels vanuit huis. Zo combineer je ondernemerschap, flexibiliteit en vertrouwen in één uitdagende rol.
