Voor onze vestigingen in de regio Schijndel , Zaltbommel , Uden en Den Bosch zoeken wij een ervaren hypotheekadviseur die ons team komt versterken. Je werkt vanaf 32 uur per week , waarbij we de werkdagen en uren flexibel met je kunnen indelen. Werken bij HypAdvies.nl Bij HypAdvies.nl draait hypotheekadvies niet alleen om cijfers en regels. Iedere klant heeft een ander verhaal en andere plannen. Juist daar begint voor ons goed advies. Daardoor heb je als adviseur veel mogelijkheden om tot een passende oplossing te komen. Je krijgt bij ons bovendien de ruimte om zelfstandig te werken, terwijl er altijd een ervaren team achter je staat. Wat ga je doen? Als hypotheekadviseur begeleid je klanten gedurende het hele hypotheektraject. Van het eerste gesprek en het bepalen van de mogelijkheden tot het uiteindelijke advies en de aanvraag. Je adviseert onder andere bij de aankoop van een woning, een volgende woning, oversluiten en verduurzamen. Daarbij kijk je verder dan alleen de standaardoplossing en zoek je naar wat binnen de situatie van de klant mogelijk is. Wie zoeken wij? We zoeken vooral iemand die het vak al kent. Je hebt ervaring als hypotheekadviseur, beschikt over de benodigde Wft-diploma's en kunt zelfstandig adviesgesprekken voeren en hypotheektrajecten begeleiden. Maar minstens zo belangrijk vinden we dat je goed met mensen kunt omgaan , duidelijk communiceert en graag onderdeel bent van een team.
