Wat ga je doen? Als zelfstandig hypotheekadviseur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het geven van kwalitatief hoogwaardige en betrouwbare hypotheekadviezen op afstand. De afwikkeling en passering van de hypotheek (na bindend aanbod) is de verantwoordelijkheid van onze binnendienst (verwerking dossier en communicatie) alsmede de nazorg. Als zelfstandig hypotheekadviseur: - Geef je hoogwaardig en betrouwbaar hypotheekadvies aan leden. - Werk je nauw samen met onze binnendienst. - Ben je het visitekaartje van Vereniging Eigen Huis in jouw regio. Wie zoeken wij? Een zelfstandig hypotheekadviseur met passie voor het vak. Je bent een professional die zich goed kan inleven in de wensen en behoeften van het lid. Een klantgerichte en overtuigende adviseur met een kritische houding. Een echte ambassadeur voor onze organisatie. Je hebt: - Een HBO werk- en denkniveau. - Een PE Plus Adviseur Hypothecair Krediet afgerond. - Relevante werkervaring. - Ervaring met adviseren op afstand. - Ervaring met Findesk is een pre.
