Besems Verzekeringen & Hypotheken zoekt een ambitieuze hypotheekondersteuner die onze hypotheekadviseurs administratief en commercieel gaat ondersteunen. Je hoeft nog geen hypotheekexpert te zijn. We vinden het belangrijker dat je energie krijgt van klantcontact, commercieel denkt en graag wilt leren. Je bent als hypotheekondersteuner de onmisbare schakel in het hypotheektraject. Samen met onze hypotheekadviseurs zorg je ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt. Van het beheren van dossiers tot het bewaken van deadlines en het controleren van documenten. Daarnaast ben je professioneel aanspreekpunt voor geldverstrekkers, notarissen en natuurlijk onze klanten. Je werkt samen met twee hypotheekadviseurs en een ervaren collega hypotheekondersteuner. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat onze klanten kunnen rekenen op een deskundige begeleiding en een soepel hypotheektraject. Wat ga je doen? - Hypotheekadviseurs administratief en commercieel ondersteunen - Klanten telefonisch en per mail te woord staan - Hypotheekdossiers voorbereiden en compleet maken - Documenten verzamelen en controleren - Contact onderhouden met geldverstrekkers, makelaars, en notarissen - De voortgang van hypotheekaanvragen bewaken - Verzorgen van belastingaangiftes voor particulieren - Kansen signaleren en meedenken met de adviseur - Je ontwikkelen richting een zelfstandige rol binnen hypotheken - Meedenken over hoe we onze dienstverlening verder kunnen verbeteren Wie zoeken we?
