Dankzij jouw expertise en ondersteuning lopen processen soepel en efficiënt. Jij maakt het verschil. Als hypotheekspecialist werk je in een dynamische omgeving waar jouw kennis en inzicht écht worden benut. Je groeit uit tot een volwaardige sparringpartner voor adviseurs en intermediairs. Je stelt scherpe vragen, geeft heldere antwoorden en helpt hen om aanvragen tot in detail goed te regelen. Dit doe je vooral telefonisch, maar ook via diverse digitale kanalen. Samen zorgen we ervoor dat klanten verantwoord hun droomhuis kunnen realiseren. Je werk Complexe aanvragen? Daar draai jij je hand niet voor om. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - het beoordelen en analyseren van het zakelijk inkomen van ondernemers in privé; - actief meedenken, ook buiten de standaard kaders, om tot verantwoorde oplossingen te komen; - het zorgvuldig afwegen van verschillende perspectieven; - jouw expertise inzetten om tot een goed onderbouwd resultaat te komen; - het klantbelang centraal stellen en op basis van jouw analyse een verantwoord zakelijk inkomen vaststellen. Werkomgeving Je wordt onderdeel van het team Zakelijk Inkomen binnen de afdeling Kredietacceptatie. Standplaats: Amersfoort Hybride werken: deels op kantoor en deels vanuit huis. Je werkt in een team dat dagelijks complexe aanvragen behandelt en fungeert als kenniscentrum voor collega's, intermediairs en adviseurs. Je blijft jezelf ontwikkelen en zorgt ervoor dat je kennis altijd up-to-date is, ondersteund door relevante Wft- en zakelijke diploma's.
