Solliciteren voor "Aanbesteder" Wat ga je doen? Als Aanbesteder bij het COA krijg je als gesprekspartner de werkelijke behoefte van interne opdrachtgevers scherp. Vervolgens zet je die behoefte zo slim en zorgvuldig mogelijk in de markt. Je adviseert over de inkoopaanpak, bewaakt de geldende wet- en regelgeving en voert werkzaamheden uit op tactisch inkoopniveau, binnen de vastgestelde kaders en procedures van het COA. Concreet houd jij je bezig met: - Het vaststellen van de behoefte in samenwerking met de interne opdrachtgever en het projectteam; - Het opstellen van aanbestedingsdocumenten; - Het opstellen en bewaken van planningen en tijdslijnen; - Het begeleiden van beoordelingssessies; - Het verzorgen van de formele communicatie met marktpartijen; - Het organiseren en uitvoeren van marktverkenningen en marktconsultaties; - Het projectmatig managen van het gehele inkoopproces en het meenemen van het projectteam in iedere stap. Je ontwikkelt je tot specialist in aanbestedingen onder bestaande raamovereenkomsten en in meervoudig onderhandse procedures. Je adviseert contracteigenaren over passende strategieën en doorloopt de stappen specificeren, selecteren en contracteren zorgvuldig. Je verzamelt intern en extern de informatie die nodig is om de inhoud en strategie scherp te krijgen. Natuurlijk doe je dit niet alleen. Je werkt nauw samen met de contractmanager, interne opdrachtgever en overige projectgroepleden. Je verbindt de betrokken partijen, houdt risico's scherp in beeld, informeert tijdig de juiste personen en bewaakt het totaal. Jouw team Het COA is de centrale organisatie in Nederland voor de opvang en begeleiding van mensen. In opdracht van de Rijksoverheid bieden we tijdelijk huisvesting en ondersteunen we bewoners bij de voorbereiding op hun toekomst, in Nederland of elders.
