Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerp, de implementatie, het beheer en de continue verbetering van deze capability. Zo zorg je ervoor dat de organisatie aantoonbaar in control is over wie toegang heeft tot welke systemen, met duidelijke gronden en goedkeuringen. Op een gemiddelde werkdag werk je nauw samen met verschillende teams, waaronder Workplace, Cloud, Data en HR. Je ontwikkelt en bewaakt het target operating model, beheert dashboards voor toegangs- en privilege-analyses, en valideert sluitingsbewijzen voor openstaande bevindingen. Je daagt onnodige of riskante toegangen uit, escaleert identity-risico's en ondersteunt bij incidenten en technische assurance-trajecten. Je werkt altijd vanuit een assurance-mandaat en hebt geen operationele beheerdersrechten, zodat je onafhankelijk toezicht houdt.
