Wir suchen für unseren Auftraggeber 1 IAM Solution Consultant - Presales & Customer Advisory (w/m/d) Unser Kunde, ein führender IT-Dienstleister mit einem der größten Cyber-Security-Teams Österreichs, erweitert sein Expert:innen-Team im Bereich Identity & Access Management (IAM). In dieser Rolle agierst du als technische:r Sparringspartner:in für Kund:innen und Vertrieb und gestaltest zukunftsweisende Sicherheitslösungen im Spannungsfeld von Presales, Architekturberatung und Customer Advisory. Wenn du komplexe Anforderungen in überzeugende Lösungskonzepte übersetzen möchtest und dich im Security-Umfeld zuhause fühlst, bietet dir diese Position ein dynamisches und wachstumsstarkes Umfeld.

Das sind deine Aufgaben:

* Analyse von Kundenanforderungen im Bereich Identity & Access Management, insbesondere Authentication, Authorization, Lifecycle Management und Privileged Access

* Entwicklung technischer Lösungskonzepte und Übersetzung komplexer Anforderungen in verständliche, kundenorientierte Architekturen

* Durchführung von technischen Workshops und Proof-of-Concepts zur Veranschaulichung des konkreten Kundennutzens

* Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei Angeboten, Ausschreibungen, Architekturgesprächen und Beratungsterminen als technische:r Expert:in

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produkt- und Engineering-Teams sowie strukturierte Einbringung von Kundenfeedback in die Weiterentwicklung der Lösungen

* Beobachtung von Markttrends im Cyber-Security-Umfeld und Ableitung strategischer Impulse für Portfolio- und Lösungsentwicklung

Das bringst du mit:

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich IT-Security, idealerweise mit Fokus auf IAM, CIAM, PAM, MFA, SSO oder Federation

* Fundiertes Verständnis moderner Sicherheitsarchitekturen und Standards, insbesondere:

** Zero Trust, mTLS

** OAuth2/OIDC, SAML, SCIM, FIDO2

* Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Zusammenhänge verständlich zu präsentieren und der/die Kund:in strategisch zu beraten

* Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, Lösungsorientierung sowie ein gutes Gespür für kommerzielle Anforderungen

* Kombination aus technischer Tiefe und vertrieblichem Denken im Presales-Umfeld

* Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Mobilität und Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der DACH-Region
