IC/CC Verpleegkundige Organisatie: Streekziekenhuis Koningin Beatrix Waar ga je werken? Wil jij werken op een moderne IC/CC waar je complexe acute zorg combineert met de voordelen van een kleinschalig ziekenhuis? In het SKB krijg je veel verantwoordelijkheid, werk je met korte lijnen en maak je écht het verschil voor patiënten in de Oost-Achterhoek. Het Centrum Acute Zorg van het SKB bestaat uit de afdeling Spoedeisende Hulp, Eerste Hart Hulp en de Intensive Care/Cardio Care (IC/CC). Deze afdelingen zitten allemaal naast elkaar in hetzelfde gedeelte van het ziekenhuis. De IC/CC is een modern ingerichte afdeling en is voorzien van nieuwe apparatuur. De afdeling bestaat uit 8 bedden en streeft naar een patiëntvriendelijke en gastvrije omgeving. Je komt terecht in een team waarin collega's elkaar kennen en waar ruimte is voor eigen initiatief. Door de kleinschaligheid van onze afdeling heb je veel invloed op de zorg en de verdere ontwikkeling van de IC/CC. Wat ga je doen? Als IC/CC Verpleegkundige maak je deel uit van een multidisciplinair team. Je bent gespecialiseerd in de bewaking, ondersteuning en overname van vitale functies (ademhaling, circulatie, bewustzijn) bij patiënten met complexe en acute zorgvragen. Daarnaast ben je onderdeel van het reanimatie- en spoedinterventieteam. Dit vraagt om uitstekende verpleegtechnische en communicatieve vaardigheden. Buiten kantoortijden vangt de IC ook recoverypatiënten op, wat zorgt voor extra afwisseling en een breed werkterrein binnen de acute zorg. Wie ben jij? Jij hebt een zelfstandige, proactieve en enthousiaste werk- en leerhouding. Je bent stressbestendig en kunt goed omgaan met drukte.
