Dit vergt flexibiliteit en een groot analytisch en probleemoplossend denkvermogen. Goed klinisch redeneren is onmisbaar. Naast hoog complexe IC-zorg verleen je zorg aan beademde kinderen met een chronische aandoening, wat weer heel andere uitdagingen met zich meebrengt. Bij al deze vormen van zorg speelt de begeleiding van de ouders/verzorgers een grote rol op de Kinder IC. Ook fungeren de IC kinderverpleegkundigen en intensivisten als reanimatieteam voor het Beatrix Kinderziekenhuis. Daarnaast begeleid je collega's die in opleiding zijn tot IC kinderverpleegkundige. Kortom, als je een uitdagende en veelzijdige functie zoekt, ben je bij ons op je plek! Het team van de Kinder IC We zijn een team dat van elkaar op aan kan en samenwerken hoog in het vaandel heeft staan. Onze patiënten komen acuut of via een geplande opname binnen voor vrijwel alle specialismen: algemene kindergeneeskunde, cardio-thoracale chirurgie, transplantatiegeneeskunde, neurologie/neurochirurgie, traumatologie, kinderchirurgie en orthopedie. Ook verlenen we zorg aan kinderen bij wie de functie van het hart en/of de longen wordt overgenomen door een hart-long machine, waarbij we samen werken met de perfusionisten. Afhankelijk van de situatie van de patiënt liggen ze wakker of slapend aan de beademing. We maken ons er samen sterk voor dat we de meest optimale zorg verlenen aan de patiënt en de ouders/verzorgers. De Kinder IC De afdeling IC kinderen (ICK) is een intensive care voor kinderen van 0 tot 18 jaar. De IC beschikt over16-18 beademingsbedden die zijn verdeeld over 3 units. On...
