MBO/HBO Acute zorg 24 - 36 uur FWG 55 Als IC-verpleegkundige speel je een cruciale rol in de meest uitdagende en acute zorgsituaties, in een team waar samenwerken, expertise en innovatie centraal staan. Wil jij je expertise inzetten op de plek waar het écht gebeurt? Dan is HMC jouw volgende stap. "Ik wist direct: dit is het." Dat dacht Leonie na haar eerste meeloopdag op de IC. Inmiddels weet ze precies waarom ze hier op haar plek is: "Op de IC zie je hoe kwetsbaar het leven kan zijn. Juist daarom wil ik hier werken." Ze vertelt er alles over in haar medewerkersverhaal. Wat ga je doen? Bij ons ben je meer dan een IC-verpleegkundige; je bent een onmisbare schakel in het multidisciplinaire team. Vanuit jouw zelfstandigheid en expertise draag je bij aan optimale patiëntzorg, zowel op de IC als daarbuiten. Wanneer het trauma sein gaat, word je als IC-verpleegkundige met spoed opgeroepen in ons huis. Je bent onderdeel van het Spoed Interventie Team en lid van het reanimatieteam. Je draagt zorg voor de opvang van een trauma en bent nodig op onze SEH, de grootste in de regio. Ook word jouw klinische blik gevraagd door diverse klinische afdelingen. Samen staan we sterker, je maakt onderdeel uit van een hecht team dat met elkaar groeit, lacht maar ook huilt op én buiten de werkvloer. Van BBQ's op het strand, een weekendje weg, een drankje op de Grote Markt en een bezoek aan het Europese Vereniging voor Intensieve Zorggeneeskunde (ESICM), je collega's worden al snel meer dan alleen collega's. Bij ons draait alles om samenwerking, maar ook om het hebben van eigen inbreng, nieuwsgierigheid en zelfstandigheid. Je bent 'baas op eigen box' en de intensivist kan bouwen op jouw input voor het zorgbeleid van de patiënt. Bij ons heb je uitgebreide doorgroei en ontwikkelmogelijkheden. Jouw IC-collega's zijn opgeleid tot IC-practitioner, werken bij de GGD ambulancedienst of hebben een duo baan bij de Recovery, Eerste Hart Hulp of Spoed Eisende...
