Als IC Verpleegkundige is dat jouw dagelijkse realiteit. Je bent de spil in de zorg voor patiënten met dreigende of ernstige stoornissen, waarbij je vitale functies bewaakt, ondersteunt en waar nodig overneemt. Denk aan specialistische zorg zoals CTC, CVVH en ECMO. Jouw expertise maakt hier het verschil. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van alle specialismen en zorgt ervoor dat de patiënt altijd de best passende zorg krijgt. Je houdt het totale overzicht en neemt de tijd om de patiënt en diens familie te begeleiden. Jouw inbreng in multidisciplinaire overleggen is cruciaal; je deelt je visie en staat als team voor het beste resultaat. Je bent een onmisbare schakel in complexe situaties. Deze rol biedt je de kans om elke dag weer een directe impact te hebben op levens. Met de nieuwste technieken en een team van gedreven professionals ga je elke uitdaging aan. Wat je gaat doen - Het verlenen van specialistische IC-zorg, waaronder CTC, CVVH en ECMO, aan patiënten met dreigende of ernstige stoornissen. - Het bewaken, ondersteunen en zo nodig overnemen van vitale functies met behulp van geavanceerde apparatuur. - Deelnemen aan multidisciplinaire overleggen en een duidelijke visie delen op het beleid voor de patiënt. - Het begeleiden en ondersteunen van familieleden van patiënten, inclusief het voeren van ingrijpende gesprekken. - Het garanderen van de best passende zorg door het totale overzicht te behouden en de tijd te nemen voor elke patiënt. - Je bent een onmisbare schakel in het zorgproces en draagt direct bij aan het herstel en welzijn van patiënten.
