Jij houdt het overzicht, herkent risico's en weet precies wanneer je moet handelen. Met jouw specialistische kennis, klinische blik en rustige houding maak je dagelijks het verschil voor patiënten in een kwetsbare situatie. Voor een modern ziekenhuis in Hardenberg zoeken wij een gediplomeerd IC-verpleegkundige die het team voor langere tijd kan ondersteunen. Ben je slechts enkele uren per week beschikbaar of werk je liever losse diensten? Ook dan komen we graag met je in contact. Als IC-verpleegkundige ben je verantwoordelijk voor de intensieve verpleegkundige zorg aan patiënten met complexe en levensbedreigende aandoeningen. Je bewaakt hun vitale functies, voert specialistische handelingen uit en werkt nauw samen met intensivisten en andere zorgprofessionals. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Bewaken en verzorgen van patiënten op de Intensive Care. - Monitoren en interpreteren van vitale functies. - Uitvoeren van complexe verpleegtechnische handelingen. - Signaleren van acute veranderingen en hier direct op handelen. - Begeleiden en informeren van familieleden en naasten. - Samenwerken met intensivisten, artsen en andere specialisten. - Bijdragen aan de kwaliteit en veiligheid van de intensieve zorg. ? - Je beschikt over een afgeronde opleiding tot verpleegkundige (mbo of hbo). - Je hebt een geldige BIG-registratie. - Je hebt de gespecialiseerde vervolgopleiding tot IC-verpleegkundige afgerond. - Een aanvullende CCU-aantekening is een pré. - Je bent stressbestendig, besluitvaardig en kunt zelfstandig handelen. - Je bent per direct beschikbaar voor 8 tot 24 uur per week. - Je bent bereid verschillende diensten te werken.
