Dit ga je doen Als IC-verpleegkundige ga je verder dan de gebruikelijke zorg: je maakt deel uit van het reanimatieteam én het Spoed Interventie Team (SIT). Ook zet je jouw expertise in als Consultatief IC-verpleegkundige op andere afdelingen binnen het ziekenhuis. Of je nu in opleiding bent of al ervaring hebt, bij ons krijg je volop mogelijkheden om je te ontwikkelen. Denk aan vervolgopleidingen zoals ventilation practitioner, deelname aan werkgroepen of het bezoeken van congressen. Ben je SEH- of CCU-verpleegkundige? Dan kun je bij ons de IC-opleiding versneld volgen en eventueel een combinatiefunctie vervullen. Heb je een Basis Acute Zorg-diploma (BAZ)? Ook dan komen we graag met je in contact. Hier kom je te werken Onze Intensive Care in Utrecht telt 12 bedden en is modern en ruim opgezet. Je werkt in een kleinschalig team van ongeveer 50 collega's, waarin iedereen elkaar kent. We zijn een open, sociaal en betrokken team waar samenwerken en verbinding met collega's, binnen en buiten de afdeling, vanzelfsprekend zijn. De sfeer wordt vaak omschreven als toegankelijk en prettig, wat zorgt voor een hoge mate van betrokkenheid en een fijne werkomgeving. Op onze IC is er ruimte voor verdieping en groei. Je krijgt scholing van artsen, wekelijks klinische lessen en neemt deel aan trainingen zoals ALS, scenariotrainingen en klinisch redeneren.
