Wil je je verder verdiepen in klinisch redeneren, meer verantwoordelijkheid nemen en werken in een omgeving waar iedere dag anders is? Dan is de Intensive Care misschien precies de volgende stap in jouw ontwikkeling. Bij het Rode Kruis Ziekenhuis krijg je de kans om je te ontwikkelen tot IC-verpleegkundige. Je brengt jouw ervaring als verpleegkundige mee en wij helpen je om die verder uit te bouwen met specialistische kennis en vaardigheden binnen de acute zorg. Je leert, groeit en krijgt steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid. Samen met ervaren collega's werk je aan jouw ontwikkeling en ontdek je wat er allemaal mogelijk is binnen de IC. Jij brengt de ambitie, wij investeren in jouw opleiding tot IC-verpleegkundige. Benieuwd waar jouw volgende stap je kan brengen? Kom kennismaken met onze IC en ontdek het zelf. Waarom de IC? Op de Intensive Care zorg je voor patiënten die intensieve en soms levensreddende zorg nodig hebben. De situaties kunnen snel veranderen en vragen om scherpte, samenwerking en goed klinisch redeneren. Bij ons krijg je te maken met verschillende soorten complexe zorg: · acute interne, chirurgische en cardiologische problematiek; · ernstig zieke patiënten met brandwonden; · snel veranderende en complexe situaties.
