Achter kwaliteitsvolle zorg staan betrouwbare applicaties, doordachte processen en sterke samenwerking. Als ICT Architect applicatiebeheer zorg je ervoor dat applicaties, integraties en processen optimaal op elkaar aansluiten. Je brengt complexe applicatieomgevingen in kaart, maakt afhankelijkheden zichtbaar en vertaalt inzichten naar duurzame verbeteringen.

Samen met applicatiebeheerders, zorgprofessionals, leveranciers en gespecialiseerde ICT-teams werk je binnen het applicatieteam Klinische Diensten aan de verdere ontwikkeling van het elektronisch patiëntendossier (EPD) en aanverwante zorgtoepassingen. Denk hierbij aan dossiervoering, medische correspondentie, multidisciplinaire overleggen (MDO's) en andere klinische processen die de dagelijkse patiëntenzorg ondersteunen. Zo heeft jouw werk een directe impact op duizenden collega's binnen ZAS.

OVER DE JOB

  • Architectuur, analyse & procesoptimalisatie – Je brengt applicaties, integraties, processen en gegevensstromen in kaart en maakt deze inzichtelijk via architectuurtekeningen en procesmodellen. Je analyseert complexe vraagstukken, voert root cause analyses uit en vertaalt inzichten naar structurele verbeteringen.
  • Continuïteit & lifecyclemanagement – Je helpt de beschikbaarheid, prestaties en toekomstbestendigheid van applicaties bewaken. Samen met applicatiebeheerders, leveranciers en andere ICT-teams coördineer je onderhoud, wijzigingen en upgrades en volg je de impact en kwaliteit ervan op.
  • Projecten & verandering – Je leidt of begeleidt ICT-projecten van analyse tot oplevering. Je vertaalt behoeften naar haalbare oplossingen, bewaakt scope, timing, kwaliteit en risico’s en zorgt voor een vlotte overdracht naar beheer.
  • Samenwerking & advies – Je werkt nauw samen met zorgprofessionals, leveranciers, enterprise architecten en gespecialiseerde ICT-teams. Je maakt technische mogelijkheden begrijpelijk, brengt belangen samen en helpt duurzame keuzes maken voor de verdere digitalisering van ZAS.
  • Kennisdeling & verbetering – Je bent een inhoudelijk aanspreekpunt voor applicatiebeheerders bij complexere vraagstukken. Je deelt actief expertise, draagt bij aan kwaliteitsverbetering en signaleert proactief opportuniteiten om dienstverlening, processen en applicaties verder te optimaliseren.

OVER JOU

We zoeken een technisch sterk profiel met architecturaal inzicht, analytisch vermogen en ervaring binnen complexe ICT-omgevingen.

  • Opleiding & ervaring – Je hebt een masterdiploma in een relevante richting of een bacheloropleiding aangevuld met relevante ervaring. Je hebt ervaring met applicatiebeheer, applicatiearchitectuur, integraties of functionele en technische analyse.
  • Architectuur & analyse – Je begrijpt hoe applicaties, processen, integraties en gegevensstromen samenhangen. Je kunt deze analyseren, modelleren en vertalen naar architectuurtekeningen en realiseerbare verbeteringen. Ervaring met ArchiMate of een vergelijkbare modelleermethode is een pluspunt.
  • Technische maturiteit – Je beschikt over een brede technische basis en kunt vlot overleggen met infrastructuur-, security-, database- en integratiespecialisten. Ervaring met software lifecyclemanagement, IT-servicemanagement en ITIL is een pluspunt. Kennis van technologieën zoals SQL, scripting, identity & access management, virtualisatie of application delivery (vb. PowerShell, Active Directory en Citrix)[RR1.1] helpt je om technische afhankelijkheden sneller te doorgronden.
  • Integraties & gegevensuitwisseling – Je hebt ervaring met applicatie-integraties en gegevensstromen. Kennis van HL7, FHIR of andere integratiestandaarden is een pluspunt.
  • Samenwerking & initiatief – Je communiceert helder met technische en niet-technische stakeholders, neemt initiatief, deelt kennis en zet analyses om in concrete verbeteringen.
  • Ervaring – ervaring in een ziekenhuisomgeving of een andere complexe, bedrijfskritische organisatie is een pluspunt.
