Je werkt binnen een internationale organisatie waarin technologie en infrastructuur een belangrijke basis vormen voor de dagelijkse bedrijfsvoering. Je maakt onderdeel uit van een ervaren ICT-team en bent breed inzetbaar binnen het technische beheer. Via het ticketsysteem werk je aan uiteenlopende ICT-vraagstukken en ondersteun je eindgebruikers en collega's in binnen- en buitenland. Daarbij gaat het niet alleen om het oplossen van incidenten, maar juist ook om het structureel verbeteren en optimaliseren van systemen en werkwijzen. Binnen deze rol werk je onder andere met werkplekken, servers, netwerken, Microsoft 365, Azure en SQL-omgevingen. Je schakelt hierdoor regelmatig tussen dagelijkse beheerwerkzaamheden, complexere technische vraagstukken en projecten. Wat deze functie interessant maakt, is de combinatie van operationeel beheer en verbetering. Je krijgt de ruimte om initiatief te nemen, technische knelpunten te signaleren en actief mee te denken over hoe we onze IT-omgeving stabiel, veilig en toekomstbestendig houden. Jouw belangrijkste taken In deze functie werk je aan een stabiele, veilige en goed functionerende ICT-omgeving. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Beheren, monitoren en optimaliseren van de ICT-infrastructuur. - Installeren, configureren en testen van nieuwe hard- en software. - Beheren en optimaliseren van SQL-omgevingen en ondersteunen van Azure-omgevingen. - Beheren van laptops, iPhones en andere werkplekapparatuur. - Technisch beveiligen van systemen en data en ondersteunen bij monitoring en incident response. - Oppakken van 2e-lijn...
