Los jij complexe IT-vraagstukken op vanuit een cloud-first gedachte en denk je graag mee over hoe we een groeiend aantal klantomgevingen centraal kunnen beheren? Lees dan verder! Voor ons team zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste ICT-beheerder. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer, onderhoud en de verbetering van diverse ICT-omgevingen bij onze klanten. Je werkt veel met Microsoft 365, Intune, cloud managed netwerken en VoIP-telefonie. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat systemen veilig, stabiel en goed beheersbaar blijven. Je werkt binnen het ICT-beheerteam en ondersteunt daarnaast onze support- en buitendienstteams bij complexere vraagstukken. Hierbij word je uitgedaagd om jouw IT-kennis te vertalen naar robuuste oplossingen die passen bij de soms uitdagende omstandigheden van onze agrarische klanten. Ook neem je regelmatig deel aan projecten, zoals migraties, netwerkvernieuwingen en het implementeren van nieuwe oplossingen. Dat zijn zowel klantprojecten als interne projecten om onze dienstverlening verder te professionaliseren. Kortom: je bent niet alleen beheerder, maar denkt ook actief mee over standaardisatie, automatisering en het verder professionaliseren van onze dienstverlening. Wat zijn je taken?
