Als Junior ICT Beheerder ben jij een belangrijk eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze gebruikers. Je biedt telefonische ondersteuning, helpt collega's aan de ICT-balie en registreert en behandelt eerstelijnsmeldingen in TOPdesk. Waar mogelijk los je problemen direct op en waar nodig zorg je voor een goede escalatie. Dan is deze functie als Junior ICT Beheerder bij STC iets voor jou! Jouw rol Als Junior ICT Beheerder kom je te werken in het ICT-team en draag je bij aan het waarborgen van de continuïteit en kwaliteit van onze ICT-dienstverlening. Je bent een eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze gebruikers en biedt eerstelijnsondersteuning via de telefoon, aan de ICT-balie en via TOPdesk. Daarnaast ondersteun je bij het beheer van werkplekken, infrastructuur en telefonie en draag je bij aan een optimale beschikbaarheid van onze ICT-systemen. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: - Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor collega's met ICT-vragen en -problemen; - Telefonisch ondersteunen van collega's bij eerstelijns ICT-vragen en -problemen; - Ondersteunen van collega's aan de ICT-balie; - Registreren, beoordelen en behandelen van eerstelijnsmeldingen in TOPdesk en waar nodig escaleren naar de juiste collega; - Werken op meerdere locaties; - Beheren en onderhouden van werkstations, laptops, printers, mobiele telefoons, thin clients en bedrijfsapplicaties; - Back-uptapes verwisselen, netwerkverbindingen patchen en controles uitvoeren in serverruimtes; - Opstellen en bijhouden van ICT-documentatie; - Actief bijdragen aan de verdere ontwikkel...
