GO! scholengroep Dynamiek is op zoek naar een gemotiveerde ICT-coördinator om op GO! basisschool De Zandloper & GO! basisschool Wereldwijs voor 6 uur per week te ondersteunen op technisch en pedagogisch vlak. Ben jij gepassioneerd door IT-technologie en onderwijs en wil je mee bouwen aan een toekomstgerichte digitale leeromgeving? Dan ben jij misschien wel de collega die we zoeken!

Als ICT-coördinator ondersteun je GO! basisschool De Zandloper (Zomergem) en GO! basisschool Wereldwijs (Waarschoot) voor ICT-gerelateerde taken. Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s binnen het ICT-team en staat in rechtstreeks contact met schooldirecties. Jouw takenpakket is gevarieerd en dynamisch – geen dag is dezelfde! In onderling overleg met de directie spreek je af op welke dag je komt ondersteunen.

Concreet behoren volgende taken tot jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je biedt technische eerstelijnsondersteuning aan leerkrachten en directies;
  • Je ondersteunt bij de uitwerking van een moderne digitale leeromgeving;
  • Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor de werking en onderhoud van de netwerkinfrastructuur;
  • Je houdt pc’s, laptops en chromebooks operationeel en update de nodige software;
  • Je onderhoudt schoolwebsites en helpt scholen met hun digitale communicatie;
  • Je implementeert nieuwe softwarepakketten, volgt updates op en test nieuwe modules;
  • Je waakt over GDPR-regels en draagt bij aan cybersecurity binnen de scholen;
  • Je werkt actief mee aan een levendig ICT-beleidsplan en volgt dit op in samenwerking met de directie. Je helpt onze scholen bij het ontwikkelen, opvolgen en bijsturen van het ICT-beleid in het kader van het nieuwe Digiplan van de Vlaamse overheid;
  • Je ondersteunt leerlingen en schoolteams bij ICT-vragen en draagt bij aan de verdere pedagogische digitalisering;
  • Je beheert en configureert digitale leeromgevingen zoals Google Classroom, Apple Classroom en Smartschool;
  • Je bevordert mediawijsheid bij leerlingen en personeel;
  • Je geeft opleidingen op maat aan leerkrachten over digitale tools en media-integratie in de klas;
  • Kennis van programmeren is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt minstens een bachelordiploma;
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van Windows, macOS en ChromeOS;
  • Het is een pluspunt indien je vertrouwd bent met Smartschool en Informat;
  • Je bent communicatief, nauwkeurig en organisatorisch sterk;
  • Je bent stressbestendig en kan omgaan met deadlines;
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en in teamverband;
  • Je bent leergierig, volgt opleidingen en denkt graag mee over verbeterkansen;
  • Je durft initiatief nemen en verantwoordelijkheid dragen;
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B;
  • Je kan een blanco uittreksel uit het strafregister (model 596.2) voorleggen.
