Je werkt samen met ervaren collega's, krijgt volop ruimte om je technische kennis uit te breiden en bent het vertrouwde gezicht voor jouw eigen klanten. Naast vrijheid in je werk, krijg je dit ook door middel van je auto van de zaak, die je ook privé mag gebruiken, wat wil je nou nog meer? Lees verder en solliciteer! Jouw klanten vertrouwen dagelijks op een stabiele en goed werkende ICT-omgeving. Dankzij jouw aanwezigheid op locatie kunnen zij zich richten op hun eigen werkzaamheden. Je bent samen met een collega verantwoordelijk voor een vaste groep klanten en pakt de vraagstukken op. Dit betekent ècht afwisseling in je tickets en verantwoordelijkheid. Om deze rol goed te vervullen houd jij je dagelijks bezig met: - Het beheren en ondersteunen van jouw eigen klanten, waarbij je optreedt als technisch aanspreekpunt. - Het installeren en beheren van servers, Microsoft 365-omgevingen, netwerken, wifi-oplossingen en firewalls. - Het uitvoeren van projecten, zoals bijvoorbeeld migraties van on-premise omgevingen naar de cloud. - Het ondersteunen van software-implementaties, certificaten, licenties en VoIP-oplossingen. Je werkt ongeveer 80% van je tijd bij klanten en 20% op kantoor. Daardoor zie je direct welk effect jouw werk heeft en bouw je sterke relaties op met de organisaties die je ondersteunt.
