Bij i-mens zetten we ons elke dag in voor zorg en ondersteuning die er écht toe doet. Technologie helpt ons om die dienstverlening beter, efficiënter en toekomstgericht te organiseren. Daarom zoeken we een ICT Enterprise Architect die mee richting geeft aan hoe we onze ICT-omgeving verder uitbouwen. Je werkt daarbij samen met een collega ICT‑architect binnen de organisatie.

Je vertaalt de ambities van de organisatie naar een heldere en doordachte architectuur, en zorgt voor samenhang tussen applicaties, data en infrastructuur. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende teams en stakeholders en helpt keuzes maken die niet alleen vandaag werken, maar ook op langere termijn standhouden. Zo draag je bij aan een stabiele en wendbare digitale basis voor i-mens.

Wat ga je doen? Als ICT Enterprise Architect geef je mee vorm aan hoe onze ICT-omgeving evolueert. Je bewaakt de grote lijnen en zorgt ervoor dat keuzes consistent en toekomstgericht zijn.

  • Je ontwerpt, documenteert en onderhoudt de enterprise- en solutionarchitectuur.
  • Je vertaalt businessnoden naar concrete, haalbare en toekomstgerichte IT-oplossingen.
  • Je bewaakt de samenhang tussen applicaties, data, infrastructuur en integraties.
  • Je legt architecturale principes en richtlijnen vast en zorgt ervoor dat deze consequent toegepast worden in projecten.
  • Je ondersteunt projectteams en developers met duidelijke kaders en advies.
  • Je adviseert bij technologische keuzes (o.a. cloud, security, data en integraties).
  • Je analyseert bestaande systemen en formuleert gerichte verbeterinitiatieven.
  • Je stemt af met externe partners en leveranciers en bewaakt de aansluiting op de architectuur.

We zoeken een ervaren ICT-professional die overzicht bewaart en richting kan geven in een complexe omgeving. Je denkt analytisch, communiceert helder en slaagt erin om verschillende stakeholders mee te nemen in je verhaal.

  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in ICT of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen ICT-architectuur (enterprise, solution en/of application).
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van: moderne applicatiearchitecturen (API’s, DDD, event-driven architectuur). Cloudplatformen zoals Azure security- en privacyprincipes (bv. Zero Trust, GDPR, NIS2).
  • Je kan complexe materie helder vertalen naar begrijpbare inzichten en keuzes.
  • Je werkt vlot samen met verschillende stakeholders en brengt mensen rond de tafel.
  • Ervaring met architectuurkaders zoals TOGAF is een plus.
  • Je drukt je vlot uit in het Nederlands en Engels.
