Pluvera en Wilki maken deel uit van NV Klaasen & Co, een stabiel Kempens familiebedrijf dat al meer dan 60 jaar gespecialiseerd is in de duurzame verwerking van pluimvee. Vanuit onze sites in Ravels en Weelde verwerken we met zo’n 200 medewerkers dagelijks soepkippen tot kwaliteitsvolle producten voor klanten wereldwijd. Dankzij een modern productiepark, een divers en goed opgeleid team en een sterke focus op kwaliteit en duurzaamheid blijven we voortdurend investeren in onze werking en toekomst.

Achter die dagelijkse werking staat een moderne productieomgeving waarin ICT een steeds belangrijkere rol speelt. Ter uitbreiding van ons ICT-team kijken we uit naar een:

ICT Generalist

Een brede rol met impact

Als ICT Generalist ben je mee verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijkse ICT-beheer én krijg je ruimte om onze informatie- en rapporteringsnoden verder uit te bouwen. Je bent een aanspreekpunt voor collega’s, houdt onze systemen mee draaiende en denkt tegelijk vooruit over hoe ICT onze organisatie nog beter kan ondersteunen. Je werkt afwisselend vanuit onze productie-eenheden in Ravels en Weelde.

Je neemt onder meer volgende verantwoordelijkheden op:

  • Je staat in voor het beheer, onderhoud en de optimalisatie van hardware, software, netwerken en gebruikersrechten en ondersteunt collega’s bij ICT-vragen.
  • Je verzorgt operationele ICT-taken zoals installaties, configuraties, updates en troubleshooting, en werkt mee aan de beveiliging en performantie van de omgeving.
  • Je beheert en optimaliseert systemen en applicaties zoals Microsoft 365 en Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, en werkt met onder meer Intune, Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint en Teams.
  • Je bouwt mee aan rapporten en dashboards en ondersteunt initiatieven rond data en Business Intelligence, onder meer met SQL en Power BI.
  • Je werkt mee aan digitaliserings- en verbeterprojecten en vormt een brug tussen IT, data, de productieomgeving en de verschillende afdelingen binnen de organisatie. Hierbij kom je ook in aanraking met industriële IT, netwerken, VMware en Veeam.

Van technologie naar oplossingen

Naast je technische kennis maken ook je manier van werken en je kijk op de organisatie het verschil. Je bent nieuwsgierig naar hoe processen lopen en denkt graag mee over hoe technologie daarin een meerwaarde kan bieden. Je hebt een stevige ICT-basis en voelt je goed in een brede omgeving waarin zowel infrastructuur en applicaties als data en rapportering aan bod komen. Business Intelligence, data-analyse en rapportering spreken je aan en je bent niet bang om je hierin verder te verdiepen.

Je hoeft niet alles al te kennen. Belangrijker is dat je problemen zelfstandig durft vast te pakken, logisch analyseert waar de oorzaak ligt en tot een werkbare oplossing komt. Je communiceert vlot met collega’s, ook wanneer ICT niet hun vakgebied is, en weet technische materie begrijpelijk te maken. Een opleiding of relevante ervaring in ICT vormt de basis.
