Jij zorgt ervoor dat leerlingen en collega's snel weer verder kunnen, zodat het onderwijs elke dag door kan gaan. Je werkt in een afwisselende ICT-omgeving waarin geen dag hetzelfde is. De ene keer los je een storing in een lokaal op, de andere keer repareer je een Chromebook of richt je een nieuwe werkplek in. Je begrijpt dat ICT in het onderwijs meer is dan techniek: het moet betrouwbaar en gebruiksvriendelijk zijn. Daarom denk je niet alleen in apparaten en systemen, maar vooral in de mensen die ermee werken. Je legt dingen helder uit en zorgt dat iedereen zich goed geholpen voelt. Samen met je ICT-collega's zorg je voor een stabiele digitale leer- en werkomgeving. Je pakt verantwoordelijkheid, signaleert problemen op tijd en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen. Wat ga je doen? Als ICT Helpdeskmedewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt bij ICT-vragen en -storingen voor collega's van alle afdelingen, leerlingen en ouders. Je zorgt ervoor dat meldingen goed worden opgepakt en opgelost, en je draagt bij aan een stabiele en goed functionerende ICT-omgeving. Door de juiste vragen te stellen kom je snel tot de kern van het probleem en de oplossing. Servicedesk en werkplekbeheer - Je registreert, classificeert en handelt meldingen af in TOPdesk. - je beoordeelt binnenkomende meldingen op impact, prioriteit en complexiteit en bepaalt de juiste opvolging. - je lost storingen op of schakelt interne of externe specialisten in. - je bewaakt de voortgang van meldingen en houdt gebruikers op de hoogte. - je repareert Chromebo...
