ICT Infrastructuur Team Lead Regio Limburg - Venlo €4600 - €7000 Teamlead IT Infrastructuur Als Teamlead IT Infrastructuur ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van het IT Infrastructure team. Samen met jouw team zorg je voor een stabiele, veilige en betrouwbare IT-omgeving die de bedrijfsprocessen optimaal ondersteunt. In deze rol stuur je de operationele IT-dienstverlening aan (zoals werkplekbeheer, servers, netwerken, telefonie en randapparatuur) en werk je nauw samen met internationale/corporate IT-teams. Je vormt de brug tussen de lokale organisatie en het centrale IT-bestuur, waarbij je waakt over de balans tussen lokale behoefte, wereldwijde standaarden en compliance. Je werkt binnen een ITIL-kader met een scherp oog voor continuïteit, servicekwaliteit en risicobeheersing. Je rapporteert direct aan de IT Manager. Wat ga je doen? - Aansturen en coördineren van het IT Infrastructure team in hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden. - Overzien en structureren van incidenten, wijzigingen (changes), projecten en onderhoud. - Borging van een stabiele IT-omgeving met minimale impact op de operationele processen. - Prioriteren en escaleren van complexe vraagstukken richting IT Management, leveranciers of centrale teams. - Ondersteunen van de IT Manager bij capaciteitsplanning en budgetbeheer. - Analyseren van bottlenecks en trends om de serviceverlening continu te verbeteren. - Toezien op de naleving van beveiligingsrichtlijnen en IT-policies. - Onderhouden van contacten met interne belanghebbenden, externe leveranciers en centrale IT-partners. Wat breng je mee? - HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting Informatica of IT Service Management. - Meerdere jaren relevante werkervaring binnen IT-infrastructuur, operations en teamaansturing. - Gedegen kennis van ITIL-processen (certificering is een pré). - Sterke communicatieve en leidinggevende vaardigheden, bij voorkeur ervaring binnen een dynamische (logistieke of produ...
