Werk jij graag aan een complexe en veilige ICT-omgeving die rechtstreeks bijdraagt aan kwaliteitsvolle zorg? Bij AZ Monica krijg je de kans om mee te bouwen aan een moderne netwerk- en infrastructuuromgeving binnen een 24/7 ziekenhuiscontext.

Als ICT infrastructuurbeheerder maak je deel uit van een ervaren en hecht ICT-team en werk je mee aan innovatieve en uitdagende projecten. Binnen deze functie ligt de focus op netwerkbeheer en netwerksecurity in een complexe enterprise omgeving. Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar performantie, veiligheid en beschikbaarheid belangrijk zijn.

Je bent o.a. verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Beheer en optimalisatie van het netwerk (LAN, WLAN, firewall, NAC,…)
  • Beheer van servers, storage en virtualisatie
  • Meewerken aan de cybersecurity roadmap van AZ Monica, binnen het ISMS kader (NIS2 en ISO27001)
  • Monitoring en proactief oplossen van incidenten (3de lijn)
  • Meewerken aan infrastructuurprojecten (migraties, vernieuwingen, optimalisaties, …)
  • Lifecycle management en documentatie van de ICT-omgeving
  • Advies geven rond performantie, security en optimalisaties
  • Deelname aan een wachtsysteem (na inwerkperiode)
  • Bachelor ICT of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt ervaring met netwerkbeheer, aangevuld met kennis van systeembeheer
  • Sterke interesse in netwerk en security en volgt nieuwe ontwikkelingen graag op de voet
  • Je krijgt energie van uitdagende infrastructuurprojecten in een kritische omgeving
  • Je hebt een sterk analytisch en probleemoplossend vermogen
  • Je werkt resultaatgericht met een projectmatige en gestructureerde aanpak
  • Je bent communicatief vaardig, assertief en diplomatisch, je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands zowel mondeling als geschreven
  • Je bent een teamspeler die ook zelfstandig kan werken
  • Je bent klantgericht met aandacht voor kritieke zorgprocessen
  • Je bent stressbestendig in een dynamische omgeving
  • Je bent leergierig en kan je snel inwerken in nieuwe technologieën
  • Je wil het verschil maken in een maatschappelijk relevante omgeving

Je voelt je comfortabel met:

  • Netwerkbeheer (switching, routing, firewalls, VLAN, WLAN, NAC, DHCP)
  • Server- en platformbeheer (storage en virtualisatie)
  • Monitoring en incident management
  • Securityprincipes zoals PoLP, zero trust, netwerksegmentatie en NAC
  • Analyseren van derdelijns incidenten in samenwerking met collega’s en/of externe partners
  • Projectmatig werk (migraties, vernieuwingen, optimalisaties, …)
  • Security audits (ISMS in het kader van GDPR, NIS2, ISO27001)
  • Documentatie en werken met een ticket- en projectmanagementsysteem

Ervaring met één of meerdere van onderstaande is een meerwaarde:

  • HPE Aruba (LAN/WLAN, ClearPass, Central)
  • Check Point
  • VMware
  • HPE server
  • Zabbix monitoring
  • IPAM en DCIM “source of truth” documentatiesystemen zoals NetBox
  • Veeam Backup
