Ben jij een ervaren IT-professional die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt, maar tegelijk ook graag verantwoordelijkheid opneemt voor strategie, planning en security? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou.

Als ICT Infrastructure Manager zorg jij ervoor dat de IT-infrastructuur draait, beschikbaar is en veilig blijft. Je bent niet alleen technisch onderlegd, maar neemt ook graag het stuur over als het gaat om leiderschap, planning en security. Je werkt aan verbeterprojecten, migraties en optimalisaties.

Je staat onder meer in voor:

  • De veiligheid, stabiliteit en beschikbaarheid van netwerken, servers, systemen en cloudomgevingen
  • De coördinatie van de dagelijkse activiteiten en planning van het infrastructuur-team
  • Technisch en strategisch advies rond infrastructuurverbeteringen
  • De opmaak en opvolging van het jaarlijkse ICT-budget, samen met de Software Development Manager
  • Leveranciersselectie, benchmarking, aankoopbeleid en kostenbewaking
  • Beheer van onderhoudscontracten, licenties en lifecyclemanagement van hardware en software
  • Security hardening en compliance, waaronder NIS2 en TISAX
  • L2- en L3-support en de begeleiding van externe consultants
  • Documentatie, kennisdeling en rapportering aan de directie
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar wanneer cruciale werkzaamheden of interventies buiten de kantooruren plaatsvinden
  • Je bent bereid om onze locaties in Wetteren, Aalst en Venlo te ondersteunen
  • Je beschikt over een brede en diepgaande kennis van IT-infrastructuur. Ervaring met volgende technologieën en systemen is belangrijk: Windows-netwerken, Active Directory en GPO VMware en storage Veeam en backupoplossingen Citrix en Exchange Microsoft 365 en Entra ID Cisco networking en FortiGate Cybersecurityoplossingen Identity & Access Management Netwerkprotocollen Hardware-installaties en technische infrastructuur Bekabeling, toegangscontrole en camerasystemen
  • Kennis of ervaring met Intune, Linux, monitoringoplossingen, SharePoint Server, Oracle, Efficy CRM en aanvullende cybersecurityconcepten is mooi meegenomen.
