In deze veelzijdige functie ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor alle ICT-gerelateerde zaken binnen ons bedrijf. Je speelt een belangrijke rol in het oplossen van eerstelijns incidenten en neemt actief deel aan diverse ICT-projecten. Samen met ons kleine, hechte team werk je aan meerdere projecten. Onlangs hebben wij onze volledige ICT-omgeving in Waalre gemigreerd naar Azure. We bieden een brede rol met zowel support- als beheertaken, veel vrijheid, en intensieve samenwerking met alle afdelingen in alle landen waar wij medewerkers hebben. Interessant? Wij horen het graag. Functieprofiel In deze functie ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor alle ICT-gerelateerde zaken binnen ons bedrijf. Je speelt een cruciale rol in het oplossen van eerstelijns incidenten, waarmee je de operationele stabiliteit van onze systemen waarborgt. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor alle ICT-hardware en de registratie in de CMDB. Daarnaast neem je actief deel aan verschillende ICT-projecten en bied je ondersteuning bij alle applicaties waarvoor Goudsmit geen eigen applicatiebeheerder heeft. Onze ICT-omgeving in Waalre wordt volledig gehost in Azure en beheert met Intune. We zijn bezig om de RMM-tool te implementeren om onze buitenlandse medewerkers van betere ondersteuning te voorzien. Terugkerende werkzaamheden proberen we zoveel mogelijk te automatiseren. Wel altijd met het oog op eenvoud en beheersbaarheid. We beheren onze tickets in een super modern en innovatief ITSM-systeem. We zijn een klein team en werken nauw samen, waardoor je een brede en diverse rol hebt met zowel support- als beheertaken. Dit geeft je veel vrijheid en variatie in je werk. Je zult intensief samenwerken met alle afdelingen, inclusief onze fabriek waar we verschillende machines en applicaties hebben.
