Groep INTRO is een dynamische organisatie die inzet op innovatie en digitalisering. Om onze collega's optimaal te ondersteunen in hun dagelijks werk, zoeken wij een ICT-medewerker met expertise in applicatiebeheer en een sterke kennis van de Microsoft 365-omgeving.

Jouw takenpakket

  • Beheren, configureren en optimaliseren van de Microsoft 365-omgeving (o.a. Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange).
  • Ondersteunen van collega's bij functionele vragen en problemen met applicaties, ook als dit niet tot jouw domein behoort.
  • Coördineren en uitvoeren van updates, migraties en implementaties van nieuwe applicaties.
  • Analyseren van gebruikersbehoeften en vertalen naar RFP's.
  • Opstellen en onderhouden van handleidingen en documentatie.
  • Samenwerken met externe leveranciers en interne afdelingen.
  • Ervaring met Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate).
  • Kennis van Dataverse-omgeving en PowerBI is een pluspunt.
  • Analytisch en oplossingsgericht vermogen.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en klantgerichte houding.
  • Ervaring met applicatiebeheer of functioneel beheer is een troef.
  • Je spreekt, begrijpt en schrijft vlot Nederlands. Op die manier kan je zowel via mail als telefonisch collega's te woord staan.

Jouw uitvalsbasis is de vestiging van Groep INTRO in Brussel (Anderlecht, vlakbij station Brussel-Zuid).
