Werken bij IJmare - Over IJmare - Samen sterk voor goed onderwijs - Leren bij IJmare - Opleiden in de school Wij zoeken een ICT-medewerker 15 basisscholen Bovenschools, Heemskerk Wil jij ervoor zorgen dat collega's op onze scholen iedere dag prettig en probleemloos digitaal kunnen werken? Bij IJmare hebben we een mooie plek voor een praktische en servicegerichte ICT-medewerker voor 0,4 tot 0,6 fte. In deze bovenschoolse functie ondersteun je onze scholen én draag je bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van ICT binnen IJmare. Je combineert technische kennis met een praktische en servicegerichte aanpak en houdt overzicht over uiteenlopende ICT-vragen en processen. Van ticket en incidentmanagement tot Microsoft 365, hardwarebeheer en contact met leveranciers: jij pakt zaken zelfstandig op, denkt in oplossingen en zorgt dat collega's op onze scholen goed worden ondersteund. Over IJmare Bij IJmare maken we ons samen sterk voor goed onderwijs. Met 15 basisscholen in de gemeenten Velsen, Heemskerk en Beverwijk bieden we een breed palet aan openbaar onderwijs. Onze collega's zetten zich iedere dag in om kinderen te laten groeien in kennis, vaardigheden en vertrouwen. Vanuit het bestuurskantoor ondersteunen we onze scholen, zodat zij zich kunnen richten op goed onderwijs. Een betrouwbare en goed georganiseerde ICT-omgeving is daarbij onmisbaar. Daarom blijven we onze digitale ondersteuning en dienstverlening verder ontwikkelen. Als ICT-medewerker werk je bovenschools en ondersteun je collega's en scholen bij uiteenlopende ICT-vraagstukken. Je werkt samen met ICT-coaches en leveranciers, lost technische problemen op en denkt mee over verbeteringen en nieuwe digitale ontwikkelingen binnen IJmare.
